The Khalid Reeves Young Scholars Foundation is founded upon years of dedicated service to young boys and girls of all ages in various communities. Through sports activities and mentoring programs, we create a trusting and lasting bond beginning from early childhood to adulthood. Here we provide a productive pathway for Scholar Athletes that will inspire them as they grow to blaze new trails for others to follow. At the Khalid Reeves Young Scholars Foundation, we are embarking on a new frontier of charity foundations by being innovative, creative and evolving to the hands that reach out in need. Our outlets will allow the foundation to reach communities from New York to California, to overseas and let them know of our platforms and how we can be a beneficial partnership.
The Khalid Reeves Young Scholars Foundation’s logo is a representation of the ideals, goals and values of the foundation. Founder Khalid Reeves embodies the true spirit of scholastic and sports advancement through four years of High School, four years of college and a NBA career. The foundation will uphold the value of education, scholastic assistance and speak into existence that all of our youths are YOUNG SCHOLARS.
The Khalid Reeves Scholars Foundation believes in the adage “give a person a fish, they eat for a day, teach them to fish they eat forever.” In following in this spirit, we will be developing a program for young boys and girls to learn the art, time and the business side of hairstyling.
By introducing tangible vocational skill training to our community youths, they will learn financing and discipline while pursuing their education.
